Hosted in the largest privately owned scotch collection in Texas with over 700 bottles, guests will explore limited-release, single-cask selections including Glenfarclas 25, Ardbeg 17, Bunnahabhain Premier Barrel Single Cask, and Dalwhinnie 15 — each paired thoughtfully with its own culinary course. The evening begins with specially crafted passed appetizers designed to complement the first pairing, followed by a seated three-course dinner, where each course is matched with a unique Scotch to highlight its flavor profile and character. Every pour will be accompanied by a guided introduction to its origin, craftsmanship, and tasting notes.
